 XeerSoft Inventory system introduces a [Pending] document status to cover status of a particular product. For companies with multiple branches, this is particularly useful. When stocks are being transferred from point A to point B, stock status will be listed as "Pending" at point A deducting its inventory. At point B, client will be alert that there are stocks being transferred over, yet the inventory will not have changes until the status has been confirmed.
