E-mail Customization – CRM, Membership

Xeersoft has integrated E-mail communications into our CRM System and Xeersoft Membership Module. Users can now send personalized e-mail to their client by batch for promotions and festival occasions.

Functions:

- multiple e-mail account can be set up

- add a customer, and will auto-register as member

- e-mail can be sent to customer when checkbox is selected

- email sent can be kept in the history log

- send email based on template selected email content with replaceable tag for dynamic content

- broadcast message via email

- add email alert, alert due date/time

- e-mail layout can be change

- a test connection can be done to determine the connection status

Membership – Voucher

Xeersoft has added tighter security to the voucher generation system. Voucher codes can now be encoded to prevent illegal copies from being generated.

Enhancements - Inventory

Xeersoft recognises the fact that different companies use different methodologies for their costing method. Xeersoft Inventory now comes with a mechanism to calculate distribute any expense products' cost to real products ensuring products have a true cost value. Example shown below are calculated and divided using item quantity for transportation expenses.

Enhancements – Accounting Bank Statement Matching

Due to popular demand, Xeersoft Accounting's Bank Statement Matching has been upgraded to enable user to search faster, where user can filter away unnecessary record and shows only record which are useful to the user. A pink box will highlight the results of the search. Thus, searching speed is enhanced compare to the old method where all records is being show at the beginning of the page.
