Xeersoft continuously develop itself towards greater integration and automation to reduce redundancies within business processes. XeerSoft has brought forward multiple enhancements for our users:

1. - Ability to IMPORT Time Attendance Data to Payroll – reducing all efforts in calculating time cards manually

2. - Export Payroll data to Accounting system – reduce redundancies and mistakes

3. - Automatically generate payroll – If there are no changes from previous month, just click Auto to generate payroll for the month

4. - Bank Diskette and Bank Letter – formats for bank diskette available for automation of bank payments via bank

Enhancements- WebPOS (Online Point-of-Sales) System

Xeersoft keeps track with current developments of retail standards. This month, Xeersoft releases new capabilities to support future standards of the POS industry:

1. - Softcopy of POS audit roll available – ease of auditing for POS transactions

1. - Credit card interface with POS system – swipe payment cards using Magnetic Stripe Reader to transfer data to the payment screen to save time and reduce mistakes

1. - Rounding of 5 cents – XeerSoft system complies with the regulation by Bank Negara Malaysia to round total payable figure to nearest 5 cents
