Inventory- Item Promotion Control

- Xeersoft has updated it's promotion architecture to allow dynamic and comprehensive promotion control.

- Our promotion control allows multiple promotion as well as overriding promotion, enabling users to create from very simple to very complete promotion scheme.

Accounting- Outstanding Amount in Entry

- Xeersoft Accounting Entry has now a visible creditor or debtor outstanding amount.

- This provides users quick information about balance status of this debtor or creditor.

Inventory- Document Status

- Each document within an organization goes through certain stages in it's lifespan. Xeersoft has created a standard Document Status to reflect the life cycle of the document and it's properties during each stage.

- With this, users will have flexiblity and capability to control your full document cycle within Xeersoft.

Standard Document Status availble are:

- New Documents would be documents which are still in progress of creation. It could be a draft document, an unapproved document, or just documents which are not official yet.

- Confirmed Documents are official documents to be counted in all reports and state.

- Closed Documents are older Inventory documents which we do not wish to modify, or export anymore.

- Canceled Documents are official documents but are no longer in use because of mistake or cancelation

Business Analysis Code

- Detailed financial analysis is of utmost importance when a company grows big. Normal ERP system however provided limited view of a company's financial situation, without the capability to drill down into departmental or group level's financial profitability.

Middleware- Inventory Master and Transaction Migration

- For customers with multiple company which wants master file integration, Xeersoft now provides the Import/ Export capability to sync their master and transaction files.

- Users can now migrate their data through the Data Exchange Middleware module.
