Xeersoft focus on innovation has integrated our Workflow Engine into the core Xeersoft Engine. Xeersoft dynamic Workflow definition would ensure that business document and approval process is mapped to the system, with greater transparency for check and audit purposes. Xeersoft has enhanced our existing Workflow definition to include the following new features: - Master Entries Integrates with Workflow - Users can now set that changes to masters would need workflow approval as well. This could be necessary for companies to control modifications to sensitve masters like suppliers, or product pricing
- Customer Preplan, Shipment and Promotion Item Workflow - Several secondary masters also has been equiped with workflow. Users can now make sure promotion plan goes through approval and workflow process
- Workflow Actions in Inventory Entry Pages - Xeersoft has made it easy for users to take action on the workflow document by just clickingon the action section newlyadded into the inventory entry page. Users then do not need to go into workflow to make actions on the inventory documents
- New Cancel Action will also Cancel Backorder - Document workflows where users cancel bills can now automatically close the remaining backorder amount for the bill or order.
- Additional Column Displays at Workflow Listing - Xeersoft has customized the workflow listing page to show more related document's detail so it is easier for users to make decision on what to do with the document within the Workflow Listing page itself.

For this, Xeersoft has introduced the following features to assist Franchise and Multi Company Businesses - Automatically Posting AP Bill and Orders of one company to become AR Bill and Order of another - Business Owners may separate their companies to several sub-companies which does specific roles within the group. These companies may often trade with one another for their daily transactions. In standard systems, this transaction would have to be keyed in twice, once for each company. Xeersoft recognizes that this is a redundant task and has automated this process, allowing users to only key in once for this transaction, and automating the posting to the other related company.
- Consolidate Masters - Eventhough a business may have multiple companies, these companies would share similar information like chart of account, users, products or groups. Whenever one company does transaction with another, their masters like products and accounts, would have to be the same as well. This is easily done in Xeersoft, allowing multiple companies to share the same masters, thus reducing entry costs, as well as ensuring data consistency between the companies.
- Posting Inventory to Multiple Accounting Database - For Retail or Food Franchise, the sales module may be consolidated to see overview sales of the company. However, each outlet maybe a different registered company. Xeersoft Engine has allow our consolidated Sales and Inventory module to post our sales and inventory data automatically to each related outlet company account. This simplifies the whole accounting process by ensuring sales and inventory data is automatically keyed to the correct account.
