With this in mind, Xeersoft has implemented several automation and user interface improvements for users of Xeersoft : - Inventory Row Details to Automatically Fill in Product Details according to Setting - User Defined Fields in Inventory entry can now be set to show different values from productmst whenever the product is selected. These values can be dynamically defined according to customer needs
- Default Supplier / Customer for Inventory Bills and Orders documents - If a document type is specially for certain customer or suppliers, you can default the customer or supplier to this document type so you do not need to fill in each time the document is selected
- Automatically add Preplan Name2 Description into Entry - If there are certain descriptions that come with the product preplan, you can set this description to be automatically added into the inventory bill when this product preplan is selected.
- Setup Auto Running Internal Barcode Number in Product Master - Define your own internal barcode and have it automatically setup for each new product you create. Do not need to keep track of what the number is.
- Direct Link to Audit Log for Transaction and Master pages - Now users can easily trace the modifications done to the masters or transactions by just clicking into the audit log from the listing pages.
- Update Supplier Preplan Price by Model in a Batch - Whenever the unit price per m3 is modified for this supplier, all price of the related product model have to be modified. This new batch update module would ease the modification by calculating the new unit price and then update all the item price at the same time.
- Auto Update SO Qty with DO Qty and Close - After SO datelines, users may want to close these SO, and clear their backorder as well. This module will automate this and users do not need to close one document at a time
- Default any values when creating new Masters - When creating lots of new products, or suppliers, or any masters, some of the values may be the same for most suppliers. These values can now be set as default values so that users do not need to key in these values each time. This would ease the the creation process, as well as reduce problems in which certain necessary column values are not set, or set with the wrong values.
- Approved Emergency Leave would automatically become Annual Leave, Rejected become Unpaid Leave - This E-Leave automation would ease HR tasks in calculating leave balance for employees

- Inventory Order and Bills can fix User Permission to Save Headers only - Different user may play different role in the document process. Companies may now limit user roles to only modify bill and order headers only.
- Inventory Document Type to be from Import Documents Only - To maintain document consistency, companies may restrict the document to only have data imported from the original document only, and not allow to add new rows.
- Assembly child items is modifiable during Inventory Entry - Some businesses have flexibility to redefine the assembled package item. This feature would recalculate back the parent cost on the fly after keyed into the entry.
- Product Filtering by Document Type - Companies may have a policy to use only certain document types for purchase or sales of certain items. Users can now set certain brands of products to be usable in certain documet types only to ensure data consistency of the document
- New Columns in Listing Pages - During the operations of different companies, different users have different needs on which information is important to them. Xeersoft have added lots of new columns into existing listing pages, which is configurable to be turned on for users if they need to view this data in their day-to-day operations.
