Ms Chia (not her real name) has her own accounting package, a separate payroll system and an independent billing system. Everything else were all manually done with papers, notes and pre-printed forms which were often misplaced, redundant and wasting resources. Ms. Chia's travel agency was really very profitable and she eventually expanded her business to six (6) travel agencies nationwide.
