XeerSoft Introduces - Staff Loan and Installment Scheme

Xeersoft recognises the need of companies to keep track of loans for employees in their HR policy.

Xeersoft has now incorporated Staff Loan and Installment Deduction module into Xeersoft Payroll, thus allowing automatic deductions from staff payslip every month, with the flexibility to skip months or full payments. This will allow the HR department more services to the staff while still keeping control over the loans.

• OT Hours scheme. OT exceeding certain hours will be calculated in a different scheme

Xeersoft Inventory allows documents to be imported from one to another following their document flow. Xeersoft has now provided a multiple import capability, allowing users to select more then one document when they import, to provide users to do more productivity during the entry process.

Xeersoft Commission has now added a new scheme to calculate salesman commission by their personal and group sales target. This would enable customers more choice on incentives given to company salesman to bring in more sales.
