XeerSoft Dynamic and Customizable - Advanced Graph Report

XeerSoft strives to create a dynamic and customizable environment for users.

XeerSoft Advance Report Engine has now been upgraded to allow users to generate graphs dynamically and according to the user's specification. Users are able to select which grouping and values they wish the graph to be drawn on and then allow the engine to generate the needed graph.

These graphs can then be inserted into Management Dashboard, giving a real time digested view of the information.

XeerSoft Inventory System - Source bind to Store and Document

XeerSoft constantly upgrades to handle different operational need of users.

For certain users, the value of source is always fixed when selecting the document and store in inventory entry. If we allow the user to manually choose the source during each entry, mistakes might happen when new users don't know of this pre-definition, or even normal mistakes be done by existing users.

To reduce these mistakes and to ease user entry, Xeersoft have enabled the Source value to be tied to the Store and Document value. Therefore, whenever the Store and Document is selected, the source will auto populate with the correct predefined value.

XeerSoft Inventory System - Confirmation when closing Incomplete Backorder

Xeersoft system provides checks and balances to the user.

When a user closes the document, it would mean that the document is no longer able to be imported anymore by other documents. This is useful for unfulfilled purchase or sales order which is no longer in contention anymore. 

However, sometimes the user might not be aware of the status of the document backorder when changing their status to close. So, Xeersoft now will prompt a warning to the user if there are still pending backorder qty of the document when closing the documents.

Xeersoft recognises that there are many different hardware suppliers in Retail Business and is prepared to provide our customers the integration with these suppliers.

Xeersoft now is capable of interfacing with DIGI Weighing machine, updating new Items, Price as well as Keyboard Definitions. This would give customers a one stop configuration in Xeersoft for their operation usage for this weighing machine.

XeerSoft Inventory System - Sales Price Control

XeerSoft gives our clients greater control over their sales operations.

During sales, price is often changed from negotiation with the customers. However, there are certain limit which we do not wish for the price to fall below. Xeersoft now would allow user to set the range in which the price need supervisor approval, as well as a minimum price where nobody would be allowed to cross.

Promotional items alsocan be set to be fixed price, disallowing users to change the price which has already been lowered.

These will ensure each sales would give sufficient profit to our customers.
