XeerSoft Inventory System - Zerolization By Product Group

XeerSoft constantly upgrades to handle different operational need of users.

During stocktake period, stocks which have not been counted would be zerolized by the system. However, for periodical stocktake, companies would not stocktake all products, but only of certain high value or profit items. Therefore, zerolization now would also focus on the group of products which is targetted for stocktake during that period.

XeerSoft Inventory System - Import Multiple Bills

Xeersoft simplifies the work of our customers. When importing documents in inventory, for example, from Sales Order to Invoice, Xeersoft now allows users to select and import more then one bill at a time. System will still maintain all backorder calculations of the original sales order, as well as checks if it is has imported more then the original quantity.

XeerSoft Accounting System - Reuse Deleted Auto-Generated Refno

Often, customers use Xeersoft's Auto-Generated Reference number to keep track of the reference number. To cancel these documents, there are two methods, which is to set the status to cancel, or to delete it completely from the system. Previously, whenever the document is removed from the system, user cannot reuse back the reference number anymore, because the system has already moved to the next reference number.

Now, Xeersoft has added the feature for users with sufficient permission to reuse back the old deleted reference number. This is to help users reissue bills mistakenly deleted.

XeerSoft POS System - Reissue Points to Receipts

XeerSoft understands the needs of our clients, and our client's customers. For our Point-of-sales system, Membership points are usually given when the Sales is generated. However, if the client have forgotten to bring their membership card then, normally, they would not be given points and they will go home disappointed.

However, If the policy permits, customer can bring back their unclaimed receipts and reclaim their points back. Xeersoft now allow this procedure to reissue the points to previously unclaimed receipts, but of course, with only certain supervisor permission. This allows the customers to feel enjoy the benefits of the membership program and increase their satisfaction during their shopping experience.
