Due to our customers’ diverse support requirements, XeerSoft offers two flexible programs for engaging our Professional Services teams. These are:

• Onsite. For customers who want a team of on-site support to help deploy and teach best practices, XeerSoft On-Site Program provides a diverse set of services that can be purchased according to need. With services ranging from process design to architecture review, project management and system integration, XeerSoft Professional Services team can help ensure  successful delivery of any process implementation.
  
• On-Demand. For customers that only want periodic assistance, the XeerSoft On-Demand Assistance Program provides a service package that ensures the right answers at the right time. At the core of this program is a dedicated helpdesk that provides assistance with solution and process-specific questions and problems. In addition, we provide a package of education and periodic on-site visits to ensure that customers are successful deploying XeerSoft.
